Entering menopause is the beginning of the second phase of a woman’s life. This can be exiting time but it does come with many hurdles. One major hurdle is finding effective sleep. Bright Fox helps women find their individual sleep blocks and develop new goals to overcome these blocks.

Whether you prefer solo sessions with a coach or tackling your goals in a group we have it here.

One on One Coaching

You and your coach will find the specific sleep blocks personal to you. Then together develop the goals that work best for you and implement strategies that help you get there.

Group Coaching

You will join a group of like minded women where you will be guided through common sleep blocks in peri-meno/menopausal. Collectively the group will move towards correcting these sleep problems

Corporate Workshops

We partner with other corporations to deliver workshops on identifying common sleep problems and develop healthy activities for better sleep to help improve employee moral and productivity.

Meet our Founder and Head Coach

Jordan Evans is a believer in promoting sleep, stress reduction and recovery to better human health. A 10 year career in the Canadian Army led her to be constantly “on” and she started developing sleep difficulties after her retirement from the military.

This lead to a decade long search to figuring out how sleep impacts overall health but also quality of life and how better sleep improves wellbeing. Researching sleep, stress management, recovery, women fitness and menopause Jordan has developed an innovative approach to better sleep.
